Most of our scooters are built-to-order for customers. We only do a couple scooters at a time, preferring to focus on quality. We keep unfinished scooters in stock, ready to restore according to your custom design, from stock to mod to street racer. You decide.

1/ Paypal:

We offer secure online payment courtesy of Pay Pal

We accept major credit card (Visa, Master, Amex, Discover, E-check) for payment of our scooters through Paypal system. It is EASY and SAFE. Please ensure your have the card in your possession at the time of purchase since additional information present on the card will need to be provided.

Please note that if you choose to pay via Paypal, you must add those below fees:

- Paypal fee + all bank charges: 7% of total amount

- Paypal currency conversion difference: 5% of total amount

TOTAL: 12% of total Invoice amount will be charged on your account

It means you must add 12% PayPal fees when you pay us through this secure Paypal system.

Note: When either PayPal or StarVespa has reason to believe that the payment you made is fraudulent, we reserve the right to hold your orders and require another method of payment.

2/ Bank transfer (preferred method):

Alternatively you are welcome to do a bank transfer to our HSBC bank in Vietnam - please email for bank details.

Bank wire transfer to our bank account is the most cheapest methods of payment available. It only takes around 03-05 working days to receive funds and it's also the most secure way too.

3/ Western Union Service:

Western Union - www.westernunion.com  is the middle service that take payment from you through paypal, credit/debit card, echeck and then wire to its partners in Vietnam that we just come to pick it up. It is secured, fast and easy like Paypal. Buyers can also keep track the transfer process at this site so it is the preferable too.
